CORONA, CA – Now the unmistakable look of the Classic 1965-66 Mustang Pony Seat Upholstery is available for 1987-93 Mustang Fox Body Mustangs.
“The Fox Body Mustang is exploding in popularity in today’s restoration market, just as the ’64 Mustang was for an earlier generation,” said Dean Satterfield, Classic Division sales and marketing manager. “Ford built more than a million cars in this body style, and almost 40 percent are still on the road, so the market is ripe for customization.”
The seats come in a high-back GT-Style with knee bolsters, as well as standard-style seats. TMI Classic Division is the first aftermarket supplier to offer a wide array of cloth, vinyl and leather interiors for the Fox body, giving enthusiasts and customizers a choice: Go Retro with original 1965-66 Mustang colors and grains to make a complete personalized statement, or go for a straight restoration with original Fox-body type vinyl or custom leathers and cloth materials. Like all TMI interior products, the new line is designed to replicate the original factory look, while delivering today’s standards of performance and wear.
