Braille Oxygen Racing Seat Subaru STi Model
Braille Auto Development proudly released the Oxygen Racing Seat in the new Subaru STi version. Braille Auto Development, well known in the Subaru community for their lightweight carbon fiber batteries now offers the popular Oxygen racing seat in a design package the perfectly complements the Subaru STi interior scheme.

The concept for the Oxygen, O2 was derived from the basic Braille principle, “Performance You Can Feel.” Braille contracted a team of RECARO’s engineers that worked alongside doctors, physical therapists, and material specialists to design a seat that not only supports the human spine, but also relaxes the muscular system of the human body.  This allows the driver to concentrate more on driving than on his comfort level.  In fact, the Oxygen was awarded the coveted AGR Seal of approval which is given to the top-ergonomic products tested by an independent commission of scientific and medical experts on basis of many ergonomic criteria.

While most sport and racing seats sacrifice comfort, the Braille O2 offers increased hip and leg room without compromising comfort simply because it is 25mm wider than the average fixed back seat and comes standard with additional, thicker padding and ergonomic memory foam.  This gives the performance enthusiast that extra comfort he desires for daily driving, long distances, and race use.  In fact, Braille specifically considered the average enthusiast when testing several of the leading lightweight seats on the market, and made it a requirement that the seat be comfortable for the daily driver that keeps a wallet in his back pocket.

However, Braille did not stop there.  Keeping its commitment to lightweight products, Braille opted for RECARO’s race proven FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) shell to produce the lightest, full-sized seat in the world without sacrificing safety.  The O2 weighs a scant 16 pounds  (7.3 KG) and carries FIA crash testing certification. This shell also allows up to 1in (25.4mm) of increased rear leg room!

To complement the new Subaru STi designed model, Braille also offers a factory slider and rail mount that is similar to the OEM unit found on the exclusive S202 and s203 Subaru STi models. Starting at $899.00 per seat, the Braille Oxygen seat is a great way to loose over 35 pounds from the front of a Subaru STi and increase driver and passenger comfort and safety!
