Eibach’s ultra-pure, high-tensile-strength steel yields a higher natural frequency for the same spring pressures. This often eliminates the need for damper springs, and the problems they can cause, such as cutting into the spring retainers. Eibach double- and triple-spring setups also have less friction pressure between the inners and outers, reducing friction-generated heat and ultimately reducing overall engine oil temperatures.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques include automated shot-peening, and our warm pre-setting techniques yield better consistency, added spring stability and longer life.
