Porsche, Audi and Volkswagen Owners Have Option of Best Available Oil Filter with K&N
The Porsche Cayenne is a mid size luxury SUV co-developed with the Volkswagen Group who also added a luxury SUV to their lineup. The Cayenne, however shares only its base engine with the Touareg.
K&N Engineering has designed a cartridge oil filter (HP-7005) for the Cayenne and Volkswagen Touareg, along with a variety of other makes and models. See the complete list of applications below.
K&N Oil Filters are built from the ground up to allow for high oil flow rates while providing excellent filtration. HP-7005 is 4.319 inches in height (110mm), weighs 0.3 pounds (0.1 kg) and has an outside diameter of 3.268 inches (83 mm).
There is an internal gasket to ensure a positive and continues seal. The replacement gasket also ensures a positive seal on the cartridge housing to the engine block. Simply remove the vehicle’s oil filter housing and put the K&N cartridge and gasket in its place.
K&N’s Cartridge Oil Filters are covered by a limited warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship when installed and replaced using the engine and equipment manufacturers recommended service interval.
