IRVINE, CA – August 31, 2006 – Action Media, creators of XM Satellite Radio’s Hot Import Nights (HIN), will make its Las Vegas debut with its Nightshift event on Saturday, Sept. 9 from 4-11 p.m. at Sam Boyd Stadium. HIN, the nation’s largest lifestyle custom car show, will host its Nightshift event featuring live performances from T-Pain and Paula Deanda, as well as drifting demos and stunt bike exhibitions.
Southern rapper T-Pain will be performing songs from his Gold debut album, Rappa Ternt Sanga, with songs including, “I’m Sprung,” and “I’m N Luv (Wit A Stripper).” Paula Deanda will keep the music flowing with her performance of “Doing Too Much,” the first single from her self-titled debut album and a major Top 40 hit that has been climbing the Billboard charts since Spring 2006.
On the automotive front, Dunlop will host a special drifting demo area with some of the biggest names from the drifting world, and Kane One will lead the stunt bike exhibitions throughout the day and night. Returning sponsor Valvoline will present Super Street Cars on Tour with the one-of-a-kind Charge Speed STI straight from Japan, the full carbon fiber chassis CWest S2000 and the chameleon color-changing HKS-powered IS300. Show visitors can get up-close and personal with the hottest, trendiest cars in the customized world, straight from the pages of the top tuner magazines. In addition, motocross champion Travis Pastrana will feature his Subaru rally car.
